Sports Massage

Sports massage targets specific sporting activities and the motions and stresses each can place on the physical system.  Golf will challenge the body in a very different way than, say, basketball.  Each sport has the potential of overuse, strain or injury.  Experience working with these various situations can help the therapist to identify specific massage needs.  Deep tissue, circulatory massage and stretching techniques are all helpful in treating sports injuries and optimizing athletic and fitness performance.
